Nature of the Work

All Armlets and Sculptural works sold through this site are:

Hand-fabricated Sculptural Objects.

Created in small batches or as individual Artifacts.

Intended to age naturally over time. Each piece is unique. Variations in tone, patina, texture, and shaping are not defects, but part of the Artwork’s living nature.

Product Use & Care Responsibility

You acknowledge that your Armlet is a Sculptural Artifact, not mass-produced Jewelry. You agree to:

Handle your piece with care and respect.

Avoid submersion in water, chemical exposure, or excessive force.

Follow all provided sizing, care, and ritual instructions. Shante Rose Miller is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modification.

Craft Integrity Warranty

Each Armlet is forged as a lasting Artifact — not a seasonal object. Should the structural integrity of your piece ever fail due to craftsmanship, I will restore it.

Coverage:

Structural Integrity of the Armlet.

Core Metal form.

Construction & Forging faults.

Non-aesthetic failure of Craftsmanship.

Exclusions:

Normal patina, oxidation & wear.

Intentional modification.

Improper storage or misuse.

Cosmetic changes that reflect the passage of time.

Damage from impact, bending, chemical exposure, or improper care.

Metal Sensitivity & Wear Disclaimer

Each Shantel Rose Miller Armlet is a handcrafted Sculptural Artifact, created in solid Brass, Copper and Stainless Steel. Due to the natural properties of these Metals, individual reactions may vary. By purchasing and wearing this piece, you acknowledge and accept the following:

You confirm that you do not have a known allergy of sensitivity to the Metal selected.

You accept full responsibility for any physical reaction that may occur while wearing this piece. Shantel Rose Miller shall not be held liable for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or adverse effects resulting from wearing this product. If you are uncertain about your sensitivity to Metal, we strongly advise consulting a medical professional prior to wear.

Care Instructions — Sculptural Armlets

Each Shantel Rose Miller Armlet is a living Sculptural form, shaped by hand and intended to age with character. The surface will naturally evolve over time, developing subtle patina unique to wearer.

To honor the integrity of your piece:

Wearing

Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, and harsh chemicals.

Cleaning

Gently wipe with a soft, dry microfiber or cotton cloth after each wear.

For Brass & Copper: light natural patina is expected. If desired, polish sparingly with a non-abrasive Metal cloth. Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners or abrasive pads.

Storage

Store in dry, cool place away from humidity.

Keep separated from other Metals to avoid surface scratching.

When not in use, wrap in natural cloth or keep in its original box.

Handling

These pieces are Sculptural Objects — not flexible Jewelry.

Avoid bending or applying pressure beyond the natural shape of the Armlet. Improper care, misuse, or exposure to moisture and chemicals may permanently alter the surface and structure of the piece. Such changes are considered part of the life of the object and are not covered under return or exchange.

Return & Exchanges Policy

Because each Armlet is created as a Sculptural object of devotion, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The Armlet is unworn.

It remains in its original condition.

No patina alteration, bending, or personal modification has occurred. To begin a return or exchange, the collector must contact me within 14 days window to request authorization. Contact: Art@ShantelRoseMiller.Com

Once the piece is received and inspected, a return or exchange will be issued. In the case of a refund, the amount will be returned to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. The Collector is responsible for covering shipping costs.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, sculptures, text, essays, videos, design language, and ritual framework — is the intellectual property of Shantel Rose Miller.

Limitation of Liability

Shantel Rose Miller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any product purchased through it. All products are used at your own discretion and risk.
